Birthdays!

Wesley turned two this month! We had a fun day together. This little guy is such a great part of our family and we sure love him! 

He got some animals for his birthday and was pretty excited about them.

 

Cake and ice cream. I couldn't find the candles so we used some tea lights I had. He was very excited to blow them out and blew them out right when we started singing.

Nora got him this puppy at a yard sale.

 

We got this fun swing set for $30 from craigslist for the kids and since we used Wesley's birthday money to buy it, it kind of belongs to him. But he is great at sharing! :)

Sophie loves it... and she looks so grown up and beautiful in this picture!

Miles loves it!

And, naturally, Nora loves it! This is the move she calls "the flying angel." Funny girl.

Brian also had a birthday! We had brownies and ice cream and gave him a UW hoodie sweatshirt. The next day he got to attend the UW vs. Utah State Football game with Dr. Norm Bervin and had a great time (although it must be noted that Utah State barely lost the game, and Brian was hoping they would win!) We also remembered that Brian and I knew each other by his 16th Birthday, and now that he is 33 I've been around for more than half of his birthdays. :)
