On Saturday we went to a nearby U-pick farm with our friends Andy and Ashlee and their girls Laynee and Shay to pick some end of season Michigan raspberries! The girls had a great time running around and picking and eating berries. It was fun to see a part of Michigan we hadn't seen and it was beautiful! We kept saying, "If our family lived closer we could definitely live right here!" Sophie was a great berry picker. In fact when I had picked a full pint she had picked about 2/3 a pint! Maybe I'll hire her out?? Nora ended up with a pocket full of smashed raspberries (her latest habit is pocketing anything and everything!) We had a great time and the yummiest part was the jam Ashlee and I made out of the berries!

Adorable pictures!! It sure looks pretty up in Michigan. The weather sure changed to Fall weather here in Utah, almost exactly on the first day of Fall. We sure miss you guys! Funny note, Sunday night you should have seen us, Brittani, Nic and Juan and his brother. Power went out and we opened the gate manually and had to get it back on track when the power came back on. Brittani took a picture and scared Juan half to death because he thought the flash was lightning. Once again we miss you guys.
